During February of 2017, we will observe the following as important to our African History, heritage and future.

In keeping with our tradition, please feel free to wear your African attire for the month of February in celebration of our heritage.

Is Jesus At Your Door? Let Him In.
Lenten Youth Revival
Saturday, March 18th from 10AM-5PM

Join youth from around the apostolate at the Youth Lenten Revival titled, "Is Jesus At Your Door? Let Him In." The revival will be on Saturday, March 18th from 10AM-5PM at St. Mary of the Purification Parish. 

Our revivalist will be the dynamic youth speaker, Stephen McMullen, and special guest Alex Gotay. Jr., Youth Minister at Christ The Good Shepherd Parish.

Registration is $10.00 and includes lunch. Each youth is encouraged to bring a pair of socks to be donated to a local youth shelter.

Please join us for "A Day of Prayer & Reflection for Parish Catechetical Leaders and Catechists: It Is I. Do Not Be Afraid". 

The day of reflection will be on Saturday, April 29th 10AM - 3PM at St. Anne De Beaupre parish, 2810 Link Road | Houston, TX 77009.

We will have Fr. Jude Ezua, Office of Cardinal DiNardo, Deacon Leonard Lockett, Vicar for Catholics of African Descent and a representative from Loyola Press presenting on catechesis in our parishes, sharing best practices and resources.
